Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland

Reported by Convoy of Hope

The Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland, based in Springfield, Missouri, helped reach those in need by donating nearly 25,000 boxes of Girl Scout Cookies to Convoy of Hope from their Springfield and Joplin locations. The cookies were distributed to children and families through Convoy of Hope’s Rural Compassion and Community Events initiatives.

“We love partnering with Convoy of Hope because we know exactly where the product is going,” says Karen Taylor, Product Program Specialist for the Girls Scouts of the Missouri Heartland. “Giving to others teaches our girls the leadership, community service, and life skills that they need.”

This is the third year the Girl Scouts have partnered with Convoy of Hope.
