HopeWalk El Salvador is a mission’s opportunity which will highlight projects that your district and churches can be involved in. Designed for those with limited getaway schedules yet affords on-location, life-changing experiences. Leaders will personally observe the needs and will be able to bring the vision of these compassion projects home for their constituents to engage in.

Participants will…

Experience the people and culture of El Salvador

Meet the people, visit their homes, learn of their passions and their struggles, celebrate their stories of provision

See first hand how together we can serve side by side to respond to a mountain of need

Visit possible projects such as schools, orphanages, training centers, and feeding programs that are becoming depots of hope but need to be strengthened and reproduced

Visit the Convoy of Hope distribution center

Meet with local leaders and learn how we can best serve them

Serve those in need

Take part in a food distribution to hungry children and their families

Provide hygiene kits for refugees

Visit a home for the elderly and serve them dinner

Site seeing and shopping

Enjoy shopping at the local markets

Tour the Mayan ruins, volcano and local sites
