Convoy of Hope Teams serve around the United States and the world showing compassion to those in need. These teams make a difference in ways such as sharing food at an US Outreach, planting a garden to help provide nourishment, or giving someone a case of water or food after a disaster.
Convoy of Hope Teams exist to connect the needs around the world with those who want to help meet the need. There are three types of teams for helping meet the need:
International Teams:
Unfortunately, there are currently no open opportunities for International Teams. However, below you will find some information on Convoy of Hope International teams.
Convoy of Hope International Teams exist to connect the needs around the world with those who want to help meet the need. These teams make a difference through painting a school wall, by planting a garden to help provide nourishment, or serving food to those who are in need. As it says in Matthew 25: 40 “The King will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.'”
International Teams focus around a project. Each team will raise funds for both the project and their in-country cost. Convoy of Hope’s International Teams consist of ten to twenty people from the same church or organization. After your church has been paired with an open opportunity, a registration form and a $250 deposit will be due. This will begin the process of making plans, booking hotels and so forth.
US Outreach Teams focus on serving those in need as part of a scheduled Convoy of Hope outreach in cities across the USA. Teams serve at the outreach, and also in various ways in coordination with local churches and our Convoy of Hope staff.
