International Efforts

Panama Compassion Outreach with Guaymi Indians
Most of the 4,000 Guaymi Indians had walked 2-4 days through the mountainous regions of Panama to reach the site of the distribution of food and supplies.
One young boy’s shoes were several sizes too small. It was a joy to put shoes on a barefooted child.
The Convoy of Hope of team camped amongst the Indians for several days providing training in planting crops.
With the help of volunteers we organized the distribution of 3,400 pairs of shoes, eyeglasses, school supplies, 28,080 Rice & Soy Protein Meals, family rations of dried raisins and peaches, rice, beans and pasta.
