| Hal Donaldson, President | ||

Hal Donaldson is founder and president of Convoy of Hope, Inc., a non-profit organization that leads humanitarian initiatives across the United States and around the world. Through Convoy of Hope, millions of families in need have received groceries, medical and dental screenings, job opportunities, and more. More than $120 million (wholesale) worth of food and supplies have been distributed to 20 million people. In the wake of Hurricane Katrina, Convoy of Hope helped repair 3,000 homes, mobilized 10,000 volunteers, and distributed 35 million pounds of supplies. An award-winning journalist, Hal is a frequent guest on television and popular speaker. Hal is the author of more than 30 books, including Midnight in the City, which chronicles his journey to eight American cities. He traveled with the police on the midnight shift and walked the streets interviewing drug addicts, gang members, prostitutes, runaways and the homeless. Hal has a B.A. in Journalism from San Jose State University and a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Bethany University, where he formerly served as an instructor and was honored as Alumnus of the Year. In 2008, Hal joined the Board of Trustees of Oral Roberts University.
His wife, Doree, is an accomplished pianist, having received her Masters Degree from the University of Missouri, K.C., Conservatory of Music. They have four daughters: Lindsay, Erin-Rae, Lauren and Haly.

| Dave Donaldson, Director of Special Projects | ||
|
Dave is the co-founder of Convoy of Hope and current Director of Special Projects. In 2006 Dave launched a global initiative for Convoy called HopeWalk where business, government and church leaders can spend one week in Africa, Asia and South America experiencing the culture, and exploring ways to lift people out of poverty. Dave has coordinated White House briefings, roundtables and conference calls between community and government leaders. In 2003, Dave was appointed by former Secretary Tommy Thompson of Health and Human Services to serve on his National Council for Mental Health and Substance Abuse and to chair the Faith-based Committee. In 2006 Dave was appointed Executive Director for the International Charity Awards, and is a former National Director of Operation Blessing. He has co-written, Revolution of Compassion, a book showing how businesses, non-profit organizations and government can become full partners in fighting poverty. Dave earned his Masters Degree from Fuller Theological Seminary specializing in Intercultural Studies Dave oversees the missions outreach of his church, World of Life International Church which supports over 200 missionaries worldwide. Dave, his wife Kristy, and their three children reside in the Washington, DC area. |

| Jeff Nene, Media & Communications Director | ||

Jeff is the Media and Communication Director at Convoy of Hope. Jeff volunteered for the organization for several years before joining it full time in 2001. Prior to joining Convoy of Hope, Jeff served as a youth pastor and in various other ministry positions. He has also worked in Christian media, developing faith-based television programs for a variety of organizations. Jeff has owned his own media production and consulting company for fifteen years, working with several major U.S. ministry groups. He currently lives in Springfield, Mo. with his wife Lisa and their four children. |

| Jeff Swaim, World Hope Project Director | ||

Jeff is the Director of Convoy of Hope’s World Hope Project, an effort to enable churches, organizations, businesses, and individuals to help the hungry and hurting by sponsoring shipping containers full of food and relief supplies. Jeff works to connect these groups with Convoy of Hope initiatives worldwide. Before joining Convoy of Hope, Jeff worked with a national men’s ministry program. He has authored numerous video series, seminars, and teaching tools. Jeff travels throughout North America speaking at churches, conventions, retreats, seminars, and workshops. Of his current position, Jeff says, “Convoy of Hope is a selfless ministry that helps people at their point of need. I enjoy helping people help people.” He and his wife, Kathy, live in Springfield, Mo., and have two adult girls. |

| Kary Kingsland, U.S. Disaster Response Director | ||
|
Kary Kingsland is a nationally-recognized leader in the field of disaster response. He and his team have effectively trained and mobilized thousands of volunteers to meet human need across the United States. A gifted lecturer and strategist, Kingsland has worked with government agencies, civic groups, corporations and churches to respond to disasters in the United States. In the wake of Katrina, he led a massive response that rebuilt and restored 3,000 homes and distributed 35 million lbs. of food and supplies. He is the national representative for Convoy of Hope to NVOAD. He formerly served as pastor of a thriving California church, where he developed a compassion outreach that served as a model for congregations in the region. He joined the Convoy of Hope team in 1999 as a national outreach director, where he equipped and mobilized communities to help the poor and suffering. Kingsland also helped launch Convoy of Hope–Europe, which has expanded to numerous countries.
In 2008, under his leadership, H.O.P.E. Begins Here (HBH) Helping Others Prepare for Emergencies, was launched. HBH is a disaster preparedness initiative that prepares businesses, churches and families for disaster, and equips the faith-based community to take an active role alongside local emergency management.

| Kenton Moody, International Director | ||

Kenton serves as the International Director at Convoy of Hope. Since he joined Convoy of Hope in 1997, Kenton has worked in more than 70 countries. As International Director, Kenton oversees all of Convoy of Hope’s international efforts and supervises a team of dedicated staff. The team’s efforts meet both physical and spiritual needs by addressing core issues such as food, water, shelter and medical needs around the world. In addition to coordinating programs that provide for these needs, Convoy of Hope works with a worldwide network of partners to be a resource during times of need or disaster. Prior to working for Convoy of Hope, Kenton spent four years as a missionary, working with post-secondary education in Costa Rica and Panama. He has worked with Hispanic communities for more than 20 years. Kenton received his bachelor’s degree in communication, with a minor in music. He also holds master’s degrees in cross cultural communication and Latin American studies. He currently resides in Ozark, Mo. with his wife Elsie and their five children, Jonathan, Marilyn, Christopher, Steven, and Michelle. |

| Mark Metzger, Chief Financial Officer | ||
|
Mark joined Convoy in 2005 as Chief Financial Officer. He oversees Convoy’s accounting, treasury, compliance, and data management functions. Mark is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in Minnesota and Arizona and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Prior to joining Convoy, Mark spent over a decade in public accounting, the majority of his professional career with a Big Four accounting firm, Ernst & Young, LLP. During his tenure, Mark was an active member in state CPA societies, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). In addition to serving in a wide range of audit, compliance, risk management, and business advisory roles, Mark served with honor in the United States Army National Guard and Reserves and also attended the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Academy in 2005. Mark received a Bachelor of Accountancy degree, with honors, from the University of North Dakota in 1994. Mark currently lives in Springfield, MO with his wife, Sarah, and their two children. |

| Michael Redmon, U.S. Outreach Director | ||
|
Michael serves as a U.S. Director at Convoy of Hope, a nonprofit organization that brings hope to the world’s poor and hurting through outreaches and disaster relief efforts. As U.S. Director, Michael oversees the organization’s domestic outreach operations. Convoy of Hope outreaches mobilize volunteers around the United States to help transform their suffering inner cities with compassion. The outreaches provide free groceries, medical assistance, job fairs, haircuts, counseling, and more. An average of seven months of preparation goes into each outreach, and Michael helps coordinate the staff, local management teams, and volunteers along the way. In 2007, he will oversee more than 50 outreaches around the nation. In his nearly seven years at Convoy of Hope, Michael has made significant contributions to the organization. He has developed a relationship with the National Football League, allowing Convoy of Hope to host officially NFL-sanctioned Super Bowl outreaches. He has also helped organize more than 100 outreaches since joining the Convoy of Hope staff.
Before coming to Convoy of Hope in 2000, Michael served as an executive pastor in Dallas, Texas. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry from Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri, where he lives with his wife Robyn and their daughter Michiala

| Randy Rich, Operations Director | ||
|
Randy serves as the Operations Director for Convoy of Hope. Since joining Convoy of Hope in 1994, he has been involved in many aspects of the day-to-day operations of the organization. Randy currently has several administrative duties, including overseeing human resources and logistics. He is one of the original architects of the now signature Convoy of Hope outreaches. Before joining the Convoy of Hope staff, Randy served in various pastoral capacities in California, and was involved in both domestic and foreign missions projects. He brings valuable skills of administration, leadership, compassion, and knowledge of disaster response to Convoy of Hope. Randy is an ordained minister. He has spoken to countless churches and organizations around the country, sharing the mission of Convoy of Hope. Randy received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Springfield, Mo. He currently resides in Springfield with his wife Lisa and their three children Morgan, Taylor, and Macie. |
