We have delivered 252,912 pounds of resources (seven tractor-trailer loads) to partners that are serving people affected by the fires. Additionally, we have put another tractor-trailer load on the road today that will arrive later in the week.

Now that the fires are mostly out, residents are returning to their properties and are beginning the recovery process. We are working with our church partners in the area and will continue to resource them, as needed.

To date, seven tractor-trailer loads of relief supplies have been delivered to California to aid evacuees in need.

October 16, 2017 | 5 p.m.

SANTA ROSA, CA — To date, we have delivered 193,172 pounds (five tractor-trailer loads) of resources to partners that are serving those affected by the fires. Additionally, we have put another 58,940 pounds (two tractor-trailer loads) on the road today that we will arrive later this week.

SANTA ROSA, CA — Thousands of people have been evacuated following the recent wildfires in California that have already claimed 17 lives. As winds are expected to pick back up, the threat for the wildfire spreading continues. Convoy of Hope has a load of emergency relief supplies en route to Santa Rosa, California, to aid evacuees.
