The beginning of a new year is a popular time to start something — start exercising, start a new hobby, or start reading the book that’s been sitting on the nightstand. It’s a time of rejuvenation, recommitment, and refocusing.

In some ways, it’s the same for us at Convoy of Hope. We’re already busy with plans to expand our programs and activities around the world. In other ways, though, 2019 isn’t the beginning of something. It’s a continuation of the work we’ve committed ourselves to: feeding the world.

This year, we celebrate our 25th anniversary, and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead. In our upcoming annual report, we’ll share exciting news about the progress we’ve made over the last quarter century, but for now, what I can say is this: we’ve fed more children, empowered more women, trained more farmers, and served more communities than ever before.

I can’t wait to share our progress with you in a few weeks. Until then, know that your support is making a tangible difference in the world.

Let’s keep bringing hope to the world in 2019. Happy New Year!

Disasters bring barriers to many basic needs, including access to #food. Everyday things are unexpectedly gone — food becomes a critical concern. This is why organizations like ours exist: to respond to disasters with tangible aid and compassion. 🥣👉 http://h.ope.is/3Q4pyvK
