Baltimore Finds a Way To Serve During COVID-19

USA Reported by Convoy of Hope

Last year drastically changed how Convoy of Hope held Community Events. Even now — more than a year after the official start of the pandemic — gone are the giant tents and meandering crowds of people that once defined these days of hope.

But hope is still being spread, regardless of the circumstances!

Convoy of Hope held a drive-thru Community Event in Baltimore at the end of March. Masked and socially distanced, close to 500 volunteers from five different churches and organizational partners served nearly 1,400 families in one day. In partnership with local businesses and organizations, we provided the basic resources that so many people still need.

Thank you for your diligent partnership as Convoy continues to serve struggling neighbors and the communities where they live. You are making a difference.
